The Escalation Pathway

How an incident moves from detection to complete technical resolution.

Level 1: Triage & Logging

Our helpdesk receives the ticket, performs basic ping/power checks, categorizes the severity (S1 to S4), and assigns it to a dedicated domain engineer.

Level 2: Remote/Field Fix

Certified engineers attempt remote software/firewall fixes. If physical damage (like cut OFC) is detected, field splicing and hardware crews are dispatched.

Level 3: Core Architecture

For deep routing failures, network storms, or core switch crashes, Senior Architects intervene to rewrite protocols and generate Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
